Today ... wife has lots of chores lined up, but I also want to write. Sometimes you need to realize that “down time” is just as important as “up time”. When you have down times, use that to plan things, organize your thoughts, reflect on your past week, and make plans. Actions without plans are like flailing your arms in water. You will only stay afloat at best and at worst you'll waste energy and be too tired to swim when you need to. Be thoughtful, deliberate, stoic, and patient.
